Broken Link Cleanup

Djeryv’s Dungeon Door has been gone for a while. The link validation utility flagged all the prior links as dead. Most of his prior tools are now available at a new site, Wizardawn. However, they require upload of data files for Labyrinth Lord [OSRIC support is built in] so I have chosen to eliminate the links on the Labyrinth Lord resource pages. The change eliminated multiple utilities and a few different supplements.

The goal of the Labyrinth Lord™ Resource List has always been to focus on material specifically aimed at that system. Many things are compatible but lack the system specific focus. Due to that self inflicted policy, Djeryv’s many useful products had to be removed. Djeryv is dead, long live Wizardawn.
