These guys pop up pretty regularly in published adventures. While the Monster Manual version is good, players don't handle monster stat-blocks very often. Having it in a more open format lets players find the information they're looking for easier. My goal with these handouts is to devote 1 letter page to each item or resource in a player's posession - that any notes, changes, and information can be kept together for easy access. Anything smaller than a page, i've found, makes them more apt to be lost. These pages can easily be converted to be printed 4x6 or 6x8 and should be legible.
